Our Rosé is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on our Fairbrossen Vineyard in the Perth Hills. The young vineyard lends itself to producing a refreshingly young, crisp, fruity wine with strawberry and raspberry flavours. The altitude of our vineyard helps in retaining good acidity, so the wine is fresh and zippy, and perfect for a summers day!
