Philosophy
Our principle philosophies are: Local, sustainable, and environmentally responsible.
Where possible we source the freshest natural produce from local growers and for our cafe we serve free-range and organic meats. Our honey and preserves are produced on the property from our bees and fruits of our and our neighbouring orchards. We pride ourselves on being wholesome, and hand-made.
Our vineyards are grown organically with the minimal amount of chemicals or synthetic materials as possible.
We serve only Fair Trade coffee, and support the works and fundraising for varieties organisations including the Australian Orangutan Project, and Save our marine life.org.
Our pricing is fair and we invite you to experience the ambiance of our rural setting whilst enjoying the views across the vineyard to the protected state forest beyond.
