Fairbrossen honey NOW on sale! - 28/03/2010
Fresh out of the hive on Sunday 28th March.
While you have been eagerly waiting, the bees have been busy filling their hives at Fairbrossen. They have created a unique flavour honey with the blend of summer and autumn blossoms from the orchard and native gum trees. This is as pure as honey gets and tastes just BEEautiful!
Jars are available from the tearooms during opening times. While you're there why not try Meg's famous Beef & Mushroom in red wine pie, made from prime South-West beef and local Pickering Brook field mushrooms cooked in our own Thumbprint Shiraz.
2009 Rosé wins Gold Medal and Award - 09/09/2009
We are delighted to receive our first gold medal for our new wines. At the recent Perth Hills Wine Show our 2009 Rosé received a gold medal in its class and the overall award of the "Best Value Wine of the Show". The judges described the wine as "hitting exactly the right spot"! Our winemaker Matt has produced a real winner from fruit grown on our Fairbrossen vineyard. The wine also performed strongly at the major Sheraton Perth Wine Show. Be sure to have a taste when you visit us.
